Article 1 (Application)

These terms set forth the conditions for the provision of the agency service "18LIVER" ("this Service") provided by HARII WARRIORS INC., a Delaware corporation ("we" or "us"), and the relationship between us and users. This Service is partnered with overseas streaming platforms and, for broadcasting creators (women aged 18 or older), provides platform registration assistance, portal operations, compensation calculation, statement issuance, and settlement handling. These terms apply to all those who use this Service.

Article 2 (Service Regions and Supported Languages)

This Service is provided to users worldwide, but each user is responsible for complying with the laws of their place of residence and the region where they perform broadcasting. We do not contemplate use from countries or regions where adult-oriented broadcasting is illegal (such as mainland China, North Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other Islamic law jurisdictions), and registration and use from these regions fall outside the scope of use under these terms.

Supported languages are English / 日本語 / 繁體中文 / Español, 4 languages. Even when used in other language environments, please make decisions after confirming the laws of your place of residence.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

  • Must be a woman aged 18 or older (or above the age of majority if the country of residence's age of majority is 18 or older)
  • Must be able to comply with submission of identification documents
  • Must not fall under anti-social forces
  • Use of this Service must be lawful under the laws of the country of residence and activity
  • Must complete the registration procedures prescribed by us

Article 4 (Contents of this Service)

  • Registration assistance to domestic and overseas streaming platforms
  • Technical and business support related to broadcasting operations
  • Aggregation of revenue and payment of compensation (individual transfers through settlement handling)
  • Issuance and viewing of payment statements on My Page

We do not hold editorial, instructional, or supervisory authority over the specific broadcasting content individually performed by each broadcaster on streaming platforms. Please see the Disclaimer for details.

Article 5 (Compensation and Payment)

  • Payment cycle is twice a month (15th cutoff with payment on the 5th of the following month / month-end cutoff with payment on the 20th of the following month) as standard
  • Return rate and various fees are set individually for each broadcaster and are clearly indicated on the statement
  • Bank account destinations support major banks in each country
  • Daily payments and overseas remittances are handled by individual arrangement
  • Funds paid from this Service are the responsibility of the user themselves to file and pay taxes under each country's tax laws

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not perform the following acts when using this Service:

  • Acts that violate the laws or public order and morals of each country
  • Broadcasting or posting that infringes the rights of others
  • Forgery of identification documents, impersonation, or false registration
  • Acts that interfere with our service provision
  • Disclosing to third parties personal information of other broadcasters or staff learned through this Service
  • Causing persons under 18 to appear in broadcasts, or acts that may cause them to appear

Article 7 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw at any time by reporting to the operations team. No penalty will be incurred. If there is unpaid compensation at the time of withdrawal, payment will be made based on the final confirmed statement.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

The handling of users' personal information shall follow the separately prescribed Privacy Policy. We adopt a design in which sensitive information such as identification documents and photos is encrypted and stored on the system, and even the operations team cannot view it in plaintext. The handling of personal information shall be operated in alignment with GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and APPI (Act on the Protection of Personal Information / Japan).

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  • We assume no responsibility for damages arising from changes to the terms, service suspension, account freezing, etc., on the side of each streaming platform
  • We assume no responsibility for damages arising from natural disasters, communication failures, etc., where this Service cannot be provided due to reasons not attributable to us
  • Damages arising from users violating laws or terms shall be borne by the users themselves
  • Responsibility for the specific content broadcast by each broadcaster shall be borne by the broadcaster and the provider of the relevant streaming platform, and we are not involved

Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these terms as necessary. Significant changes will be notified in advance via My Page or email.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Disputes related to this Service shall have the court of jurisdiction in New Castle County, Delaware as the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court. However, jurisdictions otherwise defined for consumer protection by mandatory laws of the user's country or region of residence shall not be hindered.
