18PASSPORT Affiliate Terms

Introduction — Nature of This Program

Affiliate links serve only as a conduit for directing the indeterminate general internet audience to the 18LIVER website, and are not of a nature in which participants ("affiliates") solicit or designate specific individuals.
Compensation is limited to those among the indeterminate general audience who viewed the 18LIVER website via the link and were independently judged and approved by us (HARII WARRIORS INC.) for registration and actually engaged in broadcasting activities. Affiliates are not involved in registration approval or contract formation and do not guarantee whether registration will occur.
Article 1 (Definitions)
- This Program — the 18PASSPORT affiliate program
- Affiliate — an individual or corporation participating in this program and using affiliate links issued by us
- Affiliate Link — a URL containing an identifier unique to the affiliate, directing visitors to the 18LIVER website
- Referred Broadcaster — a person who viewed 18LIVER via an affiliate link, was approved for registration through our independent review, and actually began broadcasting activities
Article 2 (Participation in the Program)
- Participation in this program is limited to those who submit the prescribed application and receive our approval
- Must be 18 years of age or older (or above the age of majority in the country of residence)
- Must not fall under anti-social forces
- Must comply with the purpose of this program, these terms, and applicable laws
Article 3 (Scope of Affiliate Activities)
Affiliates may perform the following:
- Posting affiliate links on their own websites, blogs, social networks, email newsletters, etc.
- Informing the indeterminate general audience about the existence of the 18LIVER website as general information
Affiliates must not perform the following:
- Acts of soliciting, scouting, or brokering specific individuals (e.g., soliciting "Won't you become a broadcaster?" via direct messages, encouraging specific persons into a contract, etc.)
- Promotion targeting minors
- Disseminating information that differs from facts about us or 18LIVER
- Spreading links through improper means such as spam, illegal advertising, or impersonation
- Acts that conflict with each country's employment security laws, labor-related laws, or advertising-related laws
Article 4 (Compensation)
- We will pay the affiliate 5% of the revenue (our share) generated by the referred broadcaster on this service, for 12 months from the registration month of the referred broadcaster
- This compensation is not deducted from the referred broadcaster's share (it is returned from our share)
- Payments are made once a month, synchronized with the referred broadcaster's closing cycle
- Affiliates shall receive this compensation as outsourced compensation and are responsible for filing and paying taxes themselves under the tax laws of each country
- We will issue an outsourced compensation statement on the affiliate's My Page
Article 5 (Our Authority)
- We have the authority to approve or reject the registration of individuals who access via the link based on our independent judgment
- We may revoke the participation qualifications of affiliates found to have committed fraud or violated the terms without prior notice
- We may change these terms as necessary
Article 6 (Independence of the Relationship)
The relationship between us and the affiliate under this program does not constitute an employment relationship, agency agreement, or partnership relationship, and affiliates shall act in an independent capacity based on their own judgment and responsibility.
Affiliates may not claim to be employees, agents, or spokespersons of 18LIVER.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and disputes shall have the court of jurisdiction in New Castle County, Delaware as the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court.
